In the case of ACCOMPANYING PERSONS FEES (see details below), payment will NOT be made through this registration platform. It will be made through a bank transfer to the conference’s technical department (e-mail us for details). /   En el caso de las TASAS DE ACOMPAÑANTES (ver detalles más abajo), el pago NO se realizará a través de este gestor de inscripciones.  Se llevará a cabo mediante transferencia bancaria a la cuenta de la secretaría técnica del  congreso (envíenos un e-mail para información al respecto).

FULL REGULAR FEES

The full regular fees include:

  • conference materials;
  • attendance at all the academic sessions (plenary, parallel, pecha kucha, posters) during the main conference;
  • certificate (attendance only or attendance + presentation, if presenting a paper);
  • coffee and lunch breaks during the main conference (25-27 September);
  • poetry reading and drinks, cheese and ham reception (25 September);
  • night guided tour/walk around Teruel’s San Pedro Church, The Lovers’ Mausoleum, and Teruel’s medieval and modernist city centre (27 September)
Early bird registration (before 14th August 2019)
  • Only pre-conference workshops (24 September): 25 Euros
  • Only main conference (25-27 September): 150 Euros
  • Only conference dinner (26 September): 35 Euros
  • Main conference + Pre-conference workshops: 175 Euros
  • Main conference + Conference dinner: 185 Euros
  • Main conference + Pre-conference workshops + Conference dinner: 210 Euros

Late registration (after 14th August 2019)
  • Only pre-conference workshops (24 September): 25 Euros

STUDENT/UNWAGED FEES

To qualify for this fee, you must send us by email (ld2019@unizar.es) proof of your student or unemployed status (i.e. a scanned copy of your student/unemployed ID card and, if still a student, when possible, your official registration/enrolment form for the 2018-2019 or the 2019-2020 academic year) with a subject line that begins [ld2019-fss]. This fee includes:

  • conference materials;
  • attendance at all the academic sessions (plenary, parallel, pecha kucha, posters) during the main conference;
  • certificate (attendance only or attendance + presentation, if presenting a paper);
  • coffee breaks during the main conference (lunch is not included);
  • poetry reading and drinks, cheese and ham reception (25 September).

Student/unwaged fees
  • Only pre-conference workshops (24 September): 15 Euros
  • Only main conference (25-27 September): 70 Euros

  • Main conference + Pre-conference workshops: 85 Euros
  • Main conference + Conference dinner: 105 Euros
  • Main conference + Pre-conference worskhops + Conference dinner: 120 Euros
  • Guided visit to Albarracín (28 September; http://www.albarracin.es/): 10 Euros

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS FEES

This fee, meant for accompanying persons (family, etc.) who will not attend or take part in the academic events of the conference, includes:

  • lunches during the main conference (3 in total; 25-27 September);
  • poetry reading and drinks, cheese and ham reception (25 September);
  • night guided tour/walk around Teruel’s San Pedro Church, The Lovers’ Mausoleum, and Teruel’s medieval and modernist city centre (27 September)
Accompanying persons fees
  • Basic fees (which include the three points above): 35 Euros per person
  • Only conference dinner (26 September): 35 Euros per person
  • Only guided visit to Albarracín (28 September; http://www.albarracin.es/): 10 Euros per person
  • Basic fees + conference dinner (26 September): 70 Euros per person
  • Basic fees + Guided visit to Albarracín (28 September; http://www.albarracin.es/): 45 Euros per person
  • Basic fees + conference dinner (26 September) + Guided visit to Albarracín (28 September; http://www.albarracin.es/): 80 Euros per person
